Terms of claim compensation
Shipping with insurance
All insurance costs and processes are covered by the insurance provider partnered with Lion Parcel.
Our partnered insurance provider covers lost or damaged shipments according to the item price declared when the receipt is issued, with a maximum reimbursement of Rp150.000.000.
Shipping without insurance
The maximum claim compensation is 10x the shipping cost stated on the receipt, in accordance with Government Regulation No. 15 of 2013.
