What is package claim?

A package claim allows senders or recipients to request compensation for any shipping issues, including damage or loss.

Terms of claim compensation

Shipping with insurance

All insurance costs and processes are covered by the insurance provider partnered with Lion Parcel.

Our partnered insurance provider covers lost or damaged shipments according to the item price declared when the receipt is issued, with a maximum reimbursement of Rp150.000.000.

Shipping without insurance

The maximum claim compensation is 10x the shipping cost stated on the receipt, in accordance with Government Regulation No. 15 of 2013.

Report a package issue

Check 3 types of package issues before submitting your claim:
Late package delivery
If your package late, submit a report maximum 7 days of receiving it.
Damage package
If your package damaged, submit a report maximum 7 days of receiving it.
Lost package
If your package lost, report it maximum 30 days from the receipt date.

Fill in your data & upload the required documents to proceed your claim.

Ensure the name on the bank account book matches the name on the uploaded ID (KTP)
Upload proof of transaction
Upload an invoice, receipt, proof of transfer, or transaction chat. For damaged packages, don’t forget to upload photos of the damaged packaging and items.
